Alternatively you can upload a resume to us and we can hand it off to employers that are searching for candidate just like you.


2. Connect With US
After finding a job that you are interested in and applying or after uploading your resume to our website, we will be in touch shortly. One of our representatives will get to know your needs and wants. They will be happy to assist you and will start setting up interviews that meet your criteria.
3. Interview
It's time to begin conducting interviews with prospective employers. We'll assist with scheduling. Whether Ixela or our partner company conducts the interview, we want to create a stress-free hiring process for you.


4. Accept the Job
After successful interviews, it is up to you whether or not you pursue a job offer. After accepting, you can now celebrate.
5. Onboarding
If you are employed as a temporary or temp-to-hire employee, we will assist you through new employee onboarding. We'll set you up for success by ensuring that you have a solid foundation.


6. Career Assistance
If the position is not a good fit for you, we want to continue working with you on your career journey. At your discretion we will show your resume to more prospective employers and can help you set you up with the career you have been hoping for.
