Project Estimation
This is the procedure for formally acknowledging the existence of a new project. We will talk about the project's estimations and feasibility during this stage. After your initial inquiry, Ixela solutions will dedicate a specialized engineer who will act as a project manger for the upcoming collaboration. The project manager will evaluate the cost, labor, timeline and all of the requirements needed to provide preliminary estimates. During this discovery phase, the partnership can be pursued if both parties deem the relationship mutually beneficial.
Project Initiation
During this stage, you and Ixela Solutions will:

Finalize employee contracts, implement and effective schedule, and manage payroll

The project plan is now documented, along with the project's needs and deliverables. You will be able to get to know the team members as well as their duties and responsibilities. We will develop a project schedule that addresses all project-related difficulties, fixes, technological options, etc in light of our prior knowledge and your requirements. There is a kickoff meeting to get everyone on the project team on the same page so the project can start off on the right foot when it has been signed and is ready to move forward.

Project Execution
The scoping, creation, and rapid deployment of a MVP (minimum viable product) to the end user are the primary goals of the execution phase. MVPs give users access to functional software to show off initial functionality, test external interfaces as required, hasten learning, and influence requirements, designs, and subsequent iterations. After the MVP is delivered, the software development team will continually design, develop, test, and deliver capabilities that address the highest priorities for users and/or systems. In addition to giving enough time for software refactoring, the team will plan for the MVCR and create a cadence for iterating on the overall design, architecture, and infrastructure. The project manager is entrusted with monitoring performance and progress to keep the project on schedule and will be reporting to a point of contact designated by your company. The project manager regularly monitors KPIs and keeps track of overall performance as the project is carried out in order to ensure that the project is within budget reaches its milestones.
