Crisis Resources

Most individuals have a need to be independent, which has led to a society where people are often scared to ask for help because they don't want to appear weak. Asking for assistance does not signify weakness. To arm yourself with the resources you need to deal with your mental health challenges takes a lot of courage and strength. National mental health hotlines offer a secure setting and the tools necessary to support people during times of crisis.

Call 911 if you or someone you know is in urgent risk of injuring oneself or is experiencing a life-threatening emergency.
